Does Silicone Aquarium Grade, in a tube, work to hold glass together?

No, the frame around the glass aquarium holds it together. The silicone does impart some degree of adhesion, but not enough to hold the glass together.

But then I guess it would depend on the application, most of all. If your wanting to just hold one small piece of glass to a wall, it may work.
