Does butyl tape stick to pvc?

I know it sticks well to polystyrene. Its should stick to PVC equally as well.

... just did some quick research. Some butyl tapes have a PVC foam core (link below). If they use PVC as the core material, butyl adhesive must stick quite well to it.
