Lol... how to use a hand held can opener?
Question:we have an electric can opener at my house so I've never really used a hand held one before. Right now my parents are asleep so using the electirc one would wake them up and i can't do that because that makes them cranky and tense. So, please, tell me how to use a hand held can opener!!

wow,it's really complicated.Can't you just have a sandwich instead.
Open the jaws of the can opener...with the handle facing the right side, and clamp it down on the outside rim of the top of the can. After you have punctured the top of the can, you can start twisting the knob on the opener...Go around the can until the lid comes off completley, or until you can get the lid to turn up so it doesnt fall in your food. The edges might be sharp so be careful..
