Depends what kind of paint and how long its been there.
If its fresh follow the cleanup instructions on the container, if not.
Try hydrocarbon (white spirits) or a graffiti remover which you can get from a hardware store.

Repaint or touch up the paint on the tarmac. You could try using paint stripper, but again it will also take the paint off the rest of the tarmac.
pressure wash. you may need to do it all.
