How do you wax hardwood floors?

Question:I have hardwood floors and they are becoming dull, how do i wax them and what do I use? Will it require a lot of work?

Answers:
There is a product made by Bruce Floor Care Products that is a cleaner and wax in one. It comes in two colors, light and dark. If your floors are very bad you might consider trying this product before you spend the money to refinish the floors. Follow the directions on the can carefully, and allow plenty of time to do the job, working in one small area at a time.

Get a wax at home depot or any hardware store. I recommend future brand. Get an old cloth, like an old t-shirt. Make sure the floor is mopped and is dirt free. Then start waxing in circular motion with the old cloth. I usually wax three rooms and it takes about an hour if i do it throughly. Good luck. It's a great workout also
Go rent a floor buffer, and get you a can of "Min-Wax". It's a little hard to use, but the results are fantastic. Make sure to just follow the instructions on the can.
