I have to work myslf up to go to the store. First, I tell myslf how blessed I am 2 B able 2 go - having the money & the health 2 go. This over-rides my dislike of it. I can't stand the people who block the isles with their carts & dare U 2 pass. Or, the unruly kids that the mommies have no control over (I go B 4 school let's out when I can). I got punched in the stomach when entering the store once, & the mommie just laughed & thought it was cute ! I make a list B 4 I go, play like I'm in the game show "Supermarket Sweep" , get in get out, as quick as I can !

I can't stand it--even if I had a ton of money to get whatever I wanted (and like fill up 2 carts) and had an awesome cook's kitchen to unload the groceries in--I cannot stand it!
The only way I can motivate myself to do it is to promise myself a 'treat'. Maybe it's dark chocolate peanut butter or fresh raspberries, I have to know that I will get me something special. And I want a list so I can get it over with quickly, you ought to see me fast-walking the aisles, I like to see how quickly I can get it over with...

My job requires me to be in and out of grocery stores all day so I feel your pain. I tend to hit a lot fast food restaurants before I can get myself to shop.
Hate Hate Grocery shopping. Do it on line, have it delivered. If U R not in the mood don't do it, it will ruin your day, U can live without the stuff 4 a day, I'm sure.

I don't like to grocery shop much either,so I know what you mean. I play a little game while I shop ,I try to smile at people and get them to smile back. Or I wink at the cute guys and see how many
