Lumber yards?

Question:Anyone know of a place to purchase hardwood in southern california for a hobbyist?

In Orange County, Ganahl Lumber has a variety of hardwoods in all sizes. I'd recommend the original lumberyard on Ball Road in Anaheim, not too far from Disneyland. They've also got seven other stores, but the selection may not be as great.

Also in Anaheim, and in Riverside, there is Reel Lumber Service. They are more into mouldings and plywood, but it is worth the visit to see what they have.
