you would be better off buying one from a chandlers as you would need to make sure you have enough slack in the gas hose to allow full movement without it rubbing on the casing of the stove.
The other option would be to make a gimbaled cradle for a single burner camping stove. providing you have the pivot points high enough for gravity to maintain a level base when the cooking pot is on the top and a gallery rail is fitted to stop the pot sliding off you should be ok
