I go to Home Depot and buy Aquamend it is a putty that you cut off a small piece I use about an inch at a time.You knead it until the color turns white and the you press it in to the cracks and smooth it out. I have used it for about three years on a ten year old pool. The putty will cost about $2.45 a tube in this area. You can find it in paint by the glues and Epoxy or near the fiberglass shower.
