If your grout is seriously moldy you can spray a mixture of Clorox and water, put it in a spay bottle and spray it on the grout. You might try 2 parts water to 1 part Clorox to see if it works. If not, try 1 to 1. Keep the fan running and/or window open and wear rubber gloves.
After it's on for 5 minutes or so, brush it with a stiff non-metal brush while rinsing.
If this doesn't work, you should consider re-grouting. It's not very hard and you can get all you need at a home center.
Try one of those mold and mildew removers first. Use as directed and see how that works. If the grout is still discolored, rinse it well and try bleaching it. Then use a grout sealer to protect it in the future.
