Spice up my room?

Question:hey guys. i really want to make my room more unique. everything in my room is pink or green, except the furniture. i want a diy project... but not a cheesy or generic one like put up a picture. i have those already! maybe a cubby made of wood or something like that. any ideas? thanks=)
