Can i build a childs treehouse with green bamboo?

Almost all bamboo that is used in construction, whether it be furniture or houses needs to be dried first, and dried properly. Bamboo often times cracks if it is dried too quickly and the process can take months for it to dry properly without cracking. There are a few vendors that sell dried bamboo online...have you considered this option?

You should use more stable wood for the main part of it, but covering the walls (outside and inside if you want) would probably look pretty good. Don't use bamboo for the supports or anything...
yes you can use bamboo for the treehouse. If you will do some research on Chinese scaffolding you will see how it is placed together. I've seen scaffolding built over 10 stories tall with workers walking all over it.
Learning how to fasten it might be a task but after that it should be a peice of cake
