What do you know about hardwood parquet flooring?

We have had it in our living room for at least 10 years. The shiny finish is wearing in spots but the wood itself is still good. Plan to refinish in a year or two. Easy to install also
I have it in my kitchen and dining room. have used it for 3 yrs now and still love it.

Durability is on par with any other wood flooring. Generally it goes in and out of style, where the other stays.
Been around for over 100 years.
