My room is so nausisiating! I ve had a few this week, walked in this morning?
Question:and it smells so horrible! Ive been painting my room. the smell is fine. I had a piece of wall re-stuccoed. Those to together. I walk in my room this morning and its just nausiating and storng. it doesnt seem safe to goback in tere w/o some sort of mask on? what can I do besides open up the widow and door to my room ? and besides air fresheners?

Did you just rent the room? Is it in your house?
I would say you need to talk to the landlord. I am suggesting its not in the room as whatever it is is most likely inside the walls.
I suppose it could be a rat or mouse or some other rodent which died inside the walls. In either case, you need to get it taken care of quickly, so you can enjoy your place.

Is the smell from a chemical or a dead critter, or what?
My car smells bad, bad, bad too. I took a small stainless steel bowl with a little water, put a paper towel in it to keep it from spilling and locked the car overnight. Took care of that problem. Another time, I laid a large stainless spoon on a damp paper towel in there. Worked just as well. Now I keep something of the sort in every room.
You could try putting a box fan in the window to pull the smelly air out of your room. It might work a little faster than just leaving the window and door open.
