Whats away to remind me to turn my lights off before i go out?
Question:I alaways forget or am to lazy to turn off my lights. I do believe in global warming and i have the energy efficent lights. But i never turn em off..pretty sad...it just slips my mind

Well, you could like stick a note on your door to remind you to turn of the lights, and then eventually, it will just become a habit.. like in a few weeks you probably won't even need the note! But on your way out, you will be able to see the note on the door and go back to turn your lights off... and if you like dont see the note on the door, make a note on your car steering wheel so then before you take off, you will be able to go back and turn them off!! hope it helps!!

Tape your power bill on the inside of the door. It worked for my kids, when I threatened to make them pay half of it..
You are not too lazy if you want to turn them off, you are forgetful. How I overcome forgetfulness it to associate one thing I always remember to do with another, for instance, you might want to associate turning off all the house lights with turning off your bathroom light as a reminder.
you could fit a sensor to your door lock when you lock it it sounds a bell
Put a sparkly sticker beside the door handle - I assume you remember to lock your door!! You'll see it and remember what it's there for!
