I have a new shower - mixer and head. No water pressure?

Question:This is a new Danze unit. The water presure is very low and now it's started hiccuping like there is air in the line. What could it be?

Answers:
Turn on more faucets to let the presure out. Also check the showerhead and make sure that there is no dirt or sediment in the aerator. Also check the main valve to your houe and make sure nobody tampered with it.

danze should have an 800 number for those kind of questions and they can help you troubleshoot it.
