Welding booth is an enclosed room with sufficient ventilation where metal arc, MiG and tig welding joints are made.During the welding process an arc is struck between the metal part and the welding electrodes.High heat and light are emitted. The light ,can injure when looked at with naked eyes. This light contains ultra violet rays which may damage the eyes if not protected. That is why the welders use welding screens, leather gloves, and shin guard while welding.

It's a room designed for welding object together. Usually in closed because if you look at an arc welder when it's welding the bright light will burn your eyes. Same for a wire feed or MiG welder.
