Plumbing showers?

Question:can i hook up a thermostatic shower to a combi boiler system. i don't know what you call them in england so i will give you a pic http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=pr... you will know what i mean. i am in the states and we call it a manifold in the center and then your tap at the bottom and your shower head up top. i looked into another site and they said you can't hook up a power shower to a combi boiler system so i am wondering about this plumbed shower.

Answers:
dont listen to pie!!!!!!
your safe to use a thermastatic shower mixer with a combi,, as a matter of fact the manufactuers of combis recommend it.
your right it cant be pumped.
good luck.

who cares?
i might be wrong, but from memory, you can hook a power shower up with a combi - its just the flow/return rate you need to watch. you may be required to use a pump to keep the pressure up for the shower.

I use DIYnot.com there brilliant with this stuff
