Wickes probably sell it or certainly your local decorators merchant - in my area South of England it's C.Brewer and Son. Be careful the odour is horrendous - use in a well-ventilated area.

Im not sure what you plan on painting but sherwin Williams has the best longest lasting paint for everything. For aluminum we use DTM and for priming wood we use A100 oil based primer.
