the interior walls should be lined with fire brick, the outside regular brick. the pizza box should be stainless steel all around, the grill should be steel lined with a steel fire grate you can purchase at any large hardware outlet such as home depot or lowe's. fit the grill grate over a steel encased box. you can use a cover made of steel from anything which is curved and has ends on it.
don't forget to vent the firebox and have a chimney at one end and the firebox located at the other. this allows the heat to rise and flow through the entire oven and the smoke to vent out the top.
