What can I use to remove wallpaper glue that I might already have around the house?
Question:I have a few stubborn spots of the wallpaper backing and glue that was left over when the paper was torn down. I was using DIF to remove it, but I was wondering if there is any common household solvent/cleaner/solution that might work just as well.

Use Vinegar and water. A soap will leave a residue.
white spirit?
I used Dawn (or other dishsoap) and a plastic dobby. It took off the paste and cleaned the walls all at the same time. As long as you don't go overboard, you won't even have to rinse. I had a spray bottle with hot water that I just added a few drops of soap to, sprayed the wall and scrubbed. Took about an hour to do the entire room!
use orange oil or orange products ,go to home depot
