I'm building a back yard shed 8x10 how many 2x4's would i need to build from the ground to the peak.?

Question:

Answers:
you need 32 studs, 36 linear feet of pressure treated for the bottom plate( 2 2X4x8 and 2 2X4x10) and 72 linear feet for the top plates

If your studs are on 16" centers, you'll need 20 just for the walls.
4 for the sill plates
8 for the top plates
a few extras in case you f up something.
Can also depend on your cities codes. Make sure your up to code both in city/county and homeowners assoc. I think you'll find after pricing out the wood and factoring in the labor you may be better off just getting a shed from Lowe's or Home Depot.
