Why not make your own? Make some wooden moulds of appropriate size and fill with concrete. They can be set with metal hoops, clamps, or whatever is appropriate for the legs of the marquee, before the concrete sets. Cheap but effective.
try BQ or garden centers
depends what marquee you have in mind,roder,modular,european,tr... a local steelworks,they may be able to tailor make some for you,or look it up on google search
