Hairspray.
Spray it on, wipe off with a damp wash cloth.
Rub the area with 00 sand paper which will remove the pen marks.Then apply ( spray) little paint where you have rubbed.Use same colour. It will be good and will look clean and neat.
i think u should wash it with soap and then wash it. if it doesnot work then u can even look for Colin or some other product that removes stains in the market.

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser might do the trick.
Try a little alcohol or finger nail polish remover, but be very gentle when rubbing as it can remove color and prints. Just wipe over gently.if its not too bad, it should come off. If its really bad, I wouldnt recommend rubbing it too hard. Just be careful.
Try a folded up lint free rag ,soaked in milk!
Try goof off. It is the best cleaner out there.
