Answers:
You are looking at close to 960 pounds of water- plus mounting hardware- so I hope your structural engineering is up to snuff. Lifting that much water that far may require pumps in stages- you will be dealing with a lot of pressure here, so include that in your consideration of joints and bonding solutions.

Here is a company that sells all kinds of clips for tubing: http://www.pexsupply.com/categorypre.asp...

But your question was how to do it without damaging your roof. Any roof penetration (nails/screws) will add leak potential, so minimizing the number of penetrations will minimize the risk.

I'd build a frame for your hose array- which could be mounted with minimal nails/screws at the top and bottom of your structure.

Best of luck- and kudos for believing that you can engineer your own solution... let me know how it turns out.

Sorry I can't help with that question, but your dog is very cute
put big cocunut branches with tall leaves above the roof
Are you sure your pump can handle this kind of strain? 500 feet of 3/4" pipe is probably about 100 gallons of water (if not more) that the pump would be required to push up hill over your garage continuously. It will probably burn out the motor on your pump. Get a solar blanket for your pool. It will have the same effect, require less effort, and probably be cheaper in the long run. If you put the blanket on it when not in use I guarentee that it will warm the water up.
