What paint can i use to coat a pipe that will be flexible, rubbery, and thus very hard to cut and then remove?


Question:I am looking to but some felt adhesive paint for it's rubbery qualitys. I would like this pipe to be as hard as possible to cut through, it is a 4" soil pipe made of plastic.

Answers:
I am not sure what you mean a plastic pipe wouldn't be hard to cut through no matter what kind of paint you used on it.
