College bedding...?
Question:I'm helping a friend shop for college. Would it be cheaper, assuming his dorm doesn't have one of those twin long beds, to buy a bed in a bag or just the separate basics?
And are there any stores that sell extra long twin sheets, covers, etc? I called the Ikea in my area and they don't have them..

Target, Walmart, Bed,Bath and Beyond all have them. My daughter's college also sells them.
I got mine at kohl's and they had them for like 20 bucks.
The online clearance sections of Linens N Things and Bed Bath and Beyond almost always have great deals on Twin Long bedding. Go check them out:

bed bath and beyond sells a line called jersey t shirt sheets or something like that. well, they usedto sell it, i assume they still do. i do remember seeing the extra long size. the products were featured on the oprah winfry show
As far as i know all of them have twin beds (long or not long)...you might find those extra long twin sheets at Walmart or Bed Bath & Beyond.
