I just started texturing a ceiling and the hopper wasnt shooting out right...?

Question:when I started to use it I was using a 3gallon compressor, and it barely didnt do anything.So then I got a 30gal. compressor and it was only shooting out a little bit. It wasnt the joint compound cause I know it has to be as thick or thin as cake mix and it wasnt the compressor , so Im thinking the hopper was broken and I need to get a new one??Well my boss does.. because last time I textured a bedroom and it was shooting it out like crazy.And it was great.i got the job done quick..My boss has several hoppers I might of got the broken one...so you tell me is it the hopper? or compound? compressor?Need to know by tommorrow mornig thanks.

Sure sounds like the hopper might have been blocked.
