Answers:
Get a little can of walnut stain and put on a rubber glove and apply some with a cotton ball--then wipe off the excess with a paper towel -- let dry for a bit and then oil your table top and reapply if necessary until the scratches blend in.
try a black marker. maybe
My mother used to use an actual walnut. Rub it on the scratch and it disappears. Seriously..no I'm not "nuts"
rub gel stain in the scratches, the approximate color of the piece of furniture.
somtimes if the furniture is particle board that is veneered it is better to use brown shoe polish
I found Old English wood oil works best for me. take a Q-tip and apply to the scratch & let it sit for about 15 min. depending on how dark the wood is you may need to do it a few times but it worked wonders for my table & dressers & it does come in different colors, but make sure to buff & polish! depending also on the size of the scratches you may need to leave it on over nite. good luck!
it depends what the scratches are like... but ive used a waxed crayon... ind its worked great!
If the scratch is deep use a wood putty and stain it when it dries if it is not that deep sand the furniture and refinish it. It will look brand new if done correctly. (better than new because it's been antiqued!!
