one main point in this belief is that each area of your home has A purpose to be specific the southwest corner room in your house is the area of love (very bad if this area has A bathroom. it is believed love is "flushed" away)
one thing that is suggested to bring love is to create A grouping "altar" of all the things that you find romantic (candles,etc) and write all the things you are looking for in the lover you seek on A paper to keep with all this stuff in the s.w.corner of your house.

well this isnt fengshui but i think if you sometimes decorate in pairs it gives an abstract vibe of romance, togetherness, you know, a je ne sais quoi
It really depends on what type of Feng Shui you want to know more of: the new age type (where everything is generalized, no calculations, etc) or the traditional type (recognized individuality and solutions provided from calculations).

fengshui is not a cure-all. the only fengshui can attract is either wealth or health, never both of them. thus, fengshui concepts either cater to wealth, or health issues. in wealth, health usually suffers, including children (as no one have time to care for children when you are busy earning lots of money), and the person often have drug or a certain addiction (look at hollywood). on the other hand, when you aim for health, wealth tend to suffer - meaning you end up with no money, or money seems to be gone so easily. my master always remind his students to always for the money. because when health fails, you always use money to go to the doctor to make you well. same applies here i think. though money cannot buy you love, it can make life easier. and buy you that vacation you've been wanting to spend more time with your loved ones.
how to get money? there are many concepts, depending on which concepts you use. i am afraid that fengshui that deals with color do not work, or else there will be many people who are rich now.

there is one technique that can attract more people into your life to stimulate your social life. but it changes every year. and you can only do it if that part of your house is not a bedroom or a toilet. first, you need to locate the center of the house - if the land where your house is situated is a square or a rectangle, then just draw 2 diagonal line from each corner, the intersecting point will be the center. next get a compass and be at the center of the house. for 2007, the location is east. put at least 4 green plants at the east most part of the house - the plants must be living. when a plant turns yellow, it must be replaced right away. remember you can only do this when that part is not a toilet or a bedroom, or there will be a different effect. and you can only use this part until october of 2007, as the location will change in 2008. and if things got out of hand, like you are having a stalker kind of problem, then just remove the plants. this technique attracts all people into your life, it does not choose the good from the bad.
