Do you guys know if we can do this???
Question:can we put wallpaper in an apartment? like a decoration?
Answers:
Yep, check with your landlord.
But they do have removable wallpaper, go to home depot or lowe's or even wall mart to check it out. I've also seen removable borders, too
I would ask the landlord.
That kind of "change" to an apartment needs to be ok'd by the landlord. The landlord may not care but if he/she does you may not only lose any deposit you gave but also be liable for "damages".

Look in your lease paper.my guess would be no.
All depends on what your lease says. If it's not stated explicitly in the lease, talk to your landloard.
if you own the appartment i suppose you can. if not you need to ask permission.
You would need to get written permission from your landlord before you make any changes like that (painting, wallpapering, etc).
If you do this, you can probably expect not to get your security deposit back, because the landlord may want to have it taken down when you move out.
You could probably hang it up, but I wouldn't really recommend gluing it down. You could hang it up there tightly using something like thumbtacks in the corners, double sided tape, etc. It probably wouldn't look as nice as if it was glued down, but something that is easily removable is what you want. If you go the double sided tape route, just be careful that it doesn't take off the paint/dry wall facing.
I you don't chose to use a removable kind, try this- Go to a fabric store and pick out the fabric of your choice. When you get it home, cut it to size and use spray starch to make it stick to the walls. It will just peel off when you want to take it off, and the starch can just be washed away. This way, you can get way more creative with prints and patterns.
