I can't see a problem with it. Let me give you an example--I am married to a man who is 12 years older than me, my brother is with a woman who is 15 years older than him(they've been together about 10 years) and my sister is with a man who is ten years older than her.
We are all between the ages of 39 and 60 but we all have fun together because we all have the same interests.
If you and the person you are with have fun together and love each other then age is nothing but something for someone else to worry about---you should just be with who you want.
