That would be called a cabana but I'm having one hell of a time trying to find anywhere online that sells them :(
A swing or hammock seems to be what you are describing. They are very easy to acquire from Catalogs, Target, Wal Mart.
If this is not what you are describing, try online searches in images with the words 'poolside seating' and the like.
...probably expensive if not common swings..

Try www.pottery barn. They have one called chesapeak canope lounger w/cushion and choices of fabric. It is $1200.00 though! You could add a pole to the inside of the top rail s and hang fabric down the sides. Or Just drape it over the top. It is
