Technical plans for a building warrant..?
Question:I'm going to be applying for a building warrant to knock through into the cottage next door to us (we do own it)
What is my cheapest and best way of getting the technical plans needed for the application?

Go to the issuing authority and ask them what the minimum requirements that need to be met are and try to meet them yourself. If too hard, get some help for you doing it rather than hire someone else.
do it yourself as long as its properly drawn you don't need an architect check out the planning dept rules
