If I am painting my room room an aqua color, what could be the accent color on one of the walls?
Question:I painted my room lime green with a periwinkle accent on one wall and it looked great, but I am changing rooms and I would like to have something new. The main color is a sort of aquamarine or deep turquoise, but it has a bit more green than blue. The bathroom connected to my room is going to be two shades darker than the color in my room. I want suggestions on an accent color that will make my room have that something extra. Please help!

A really rich, deep chocolate brown is fab with this color
turquoise and any kind of art will really pop against it.
Yellow or white would look nice, and are nice "tropical" colors.

If I were you, I'd do a light lime green with the aqua/turquoise. Sounds like a cool room! :)
