Bathroom lighting?


Question:i am a little confused..with the zones...i want a ceiling light fitment that will be fitted central..what zone will i need...i hope this makes sense..

All depends how far 'central' is from the edge of your bath or shower, this may help your choice of lighting.

Its all to do with how close to the water source the fitting will be, you can get some lights that can be fitted directly over the shower, check out screw fix direct , they have a handy diagram that shows the different zones and what they mean...
a central light fitting will be outside zones. the pull switch cord will pass through zone 3 into zone 2. the light swich can be outside the bathroom.the light fitting reqs earthing via its supply cable
