You can use what are called sheet stays. they can be found at Wal-mart, target, etc. in the bedding dept. I have a Cal. king and even though we found the right size sheets here and there ( on clearance ) once you wash them a couple of times they don't fit just right. you attach one end of the stays ( or sheet keepers ,the name is different for the manufacturer of them ) on the corner then attach the other end once the corner is on the mattress . I do one corner at a time , I found it is much easier that way. These are also handy for people who toss and turn, and find all the sheets undone by morning.
There are some sheets that are made with t-shirt like material that are really soft and are supposed to stretch a little more. One last option are sheets with 'deep' pockets. some fit up to 18 or 19 inch mattress's.
bed bath and beyond has some bed in the bag for king sized. not sure what the price compares to what you want to spend but theres a starting point.

Get in touch with the manufacturers of sheets and bed sets and ask them if they make that size and if they don't ask them if they know who does. It's possible they make them but they have to be special ordered because stores don't carry an item when it's not a good seller.
It is not that hard. I just typed in California King Size sheets and found quite a few sites.
