Anybody have ways to decorate a teens room for cheap?

Craigslist has whole rooms that people are redecorating and getting rid of the old stuff.
Also try Big Lots... they have had a lot of cool bedding and stuff and a lot of Pier 1 stuff is there now!!
Sometimes its just fun to repaint the room and the old furniture to match.
I had a friend that had white walls in her room and she went out and bought a box of washable crayons and drew stuff all over her white walls. She would wash off her walls when she was sick of what she had done & would start over again.
find out what it is that they are interested in then take it from there.most craft stores have decopauge kits in many different themes that can be applied to the walls or trim,it rubs on very easy with a tool that looks like a popcicle stick and if need be comes off just as easy with soap and water and a rubber scraper,maybe buy bedding to match,re-arrange the room a little,and PRESTO it will look like a whole new room.Even doing little things like buying inexpensive frames for their posters and putting in a disco lamp can give any teen the feeling of having their very own dance club in their room.Just play on their tastes and the ideas can be endless.
