Quilting is one. Use the scraps to form some type of geometric design. Looks great.
make a wreath by twisting the fabric around a form
make a quilt
Save them up to make patchwork. Patch things with them. Kids can use them for crafts and doll clothes.
Quilt them together to make a quilt, potholder, placemat...anything.
If there are any little girls around make doll clothes out of them.
patches i guess... if you have glasses, you could put a small scrap in there so you can clean them... i'd keep them for cleaning stuff... if they're big scraps, you could make a quilt... there are lots of things you could make like a pillow or something... idk what else...

hope that helps! :)
Depending on how big they are you can make pillows and if the fabric is nice you can even put it on a frame and hang it up as art thats a really nice idea to use scrap fabric
