Good God, no. It would already be permantly printed on the bottom, or perhaps etched. Take off the sticker.
Depends on whether or not you care about what others might think i.e. is it for real or just glass! If it doesn't matter to anyone who might see it, remove it - it'll soon wash off anyway.
Most high quality vases also are eched with a proofing mark/ marks. If it is of value, or the label is distracting check with a dealer of vases/ pottery to make sure you are not de-valuing the object.
I leave them on to let my heirs know how to price them in my Estate sale.
