go to home depot and buy some paint thinner

Wear gloves in the future...
put some paint thinner on a rag and rub the paint off your hands.then once the paint is off,use a hand lotion or moisturizer right away as the thinner really dries out your hands..painting contractor.
I use nail polish remover in a bind but goof off works great.

rub your hands very fast against a rough surface until it comes off like the road for example
or cut the skin off where the spray paint is
or just wash your hands alot and it'll eventually come off
