Yes for me it is as it is 0130 in the early or late hours, however you wish to look at it, and I definitely wouldn't be looking at any shed at this time of the day or night!
However I don't really decorate my shed I would call it maintenance, I just sweep it out, get rid of rubbish and clean out the cobwebs, and weatherproof it from time to time, every few years it will get new felt on the roof.

There is never a wrong time of day to talk about shed decorating. There is not bad situation or place to talk about this either. It is philosophy...life...cosmos in effect. Speaking of...do you have a shed? Mine is purple with a hint of teal. Wonderful shed it is...old chap.
