If a furniture store only marks up 20%, they'll be out of business fast. Most mark up 100% so when they discount 20-30-or even 50% we think we're getting a bargain, but they're still making a profit. $420 is your answer.
20% of 350 is 70....add both equals 420.
10% of 350 is 35 so the answer is 70 provided the store paid 350 for it
mark up is more like 50% retail $700.00 then mark it on sale
