How much does a mansard style loft conversion cost?

Question:Looking for ball park costs of adding a mansard style loft conv. It would consist of a bedroom and bathroom. I live in London so presume costs would be slightly higher than rest of the country.

The costs are to do more with the existing internal roof rather than the shape of the finished external roof.

Get a local builder in, or phone one up. They could probably give you a minimum figure over the phone..
