Push them together. If you're talking about how to deal with the gap in the middle - you can buy a thin piece of foam rubber the length of the mattresses, and sandwich it between the two mattresses. Then cover with a thick, king sized mattress pad. Make sure the foam strip is flush with the top of the mattresses. This should eliminate the gap.
they sell a kit for this at some department stores. You would need to put something between the edges to keep from falling in the middle. you might look at Ikea or something. The sheets for a king may help keep them together.
