How do you get Latex paint off of cement?

Question:We tried paint thinner so far with no luck.

Answers:
paint thinner "Will Not" work, get yourself a quart of deglosser or liquid sander they're both the same, pour a little on and with a bristle brush brush it off, cement is porous so it might take a couple applications to remove ALL. Good luck Les the painter

Find a product called "Oops Multipurpose Remover". Comes in a small metal can, similar to a lighter fluid can. Good paint store should have it, many hardware stores keep it, Walmart has it as well. It is formulated just for this kind of task and works better than any other chemical you can throw at it.
If it has been there a while scrape and scrub, if its fresh the water hose should take it off.
