I think a good color palette would be creams, warm oranges, and a sage green as an accent.
Orange and brown are a great combination. The color I recommend to you is Pumpkin Patch (Benjamin Moore 055). It's nice and warm, but it's a very modern color. For the built in, I think you could paint it in Vellum (Benjamin Moore 207). It complements the wall color extremely well.
I recommend these window treatments. The Southport Window Panel from Bed, Bath, and Beyond. The retail for $49.99 for a 84" panel. And they come in chocolate brown. Hand them on a simple cream or dark bronze rod.

Burnt Orange
Antique ruby & Beige
maybe paint it
a green
or a brownish red color
those two colors will blend in nicely to the cream color entertainment center
and the couch
You should try incorporating other colors into the room as well. Like a green, a lighter one, olive or a khaki green
What about a deep aqua ble for one wall and cream for the others.
I think it would give your brown sofa a lift.
It could be off white (dark) but better to paint "light chocolate brown".
White Ceiling, Sky Blue Walls.
I would keep the ent ctr off white and maybe a calm ocean blue and some rustic orange accents around the room. Your walls would look amazing in a rustic orange and throw some off white ,blue and rustic orange pillows on the couch or use accent pieces in those colors. I am a Benjamin Moore Paint Fan. Pottery Barn uses it also and they have a paint wheel with awesome colors such as these.I'll put you a link on site.. here's a link that lets you explore your colors...I saw a beautiful Habenera spice which is orangy and willow creek was the blue with it,it also had a color called dorset which is a yellowish beige. Go to this site, you can even put your colors on a selector and "Paint" your room on the computer to see how you like it. EXPLORE is the link and it puts 4 colors together in certain hues and tones that look awesome. Try looking at that page and forget Pottery Barn Colors, they aren't what they used to be..2006 was much better for browns. Good Luck..I love your couch!
Try behr.com, it has a section called colorsmart that will help you decide what you like best. I believe you can even use your own photo on the site to have a preview of your color choices.
You should go to sherwin williams or behr's websites or some other paint company of whatever you choose and use their paint visualizers. They are great tools for playing around with colors and seeing exactly what you like for walls with your furniture color and accent color and you get to know exactly what the paint is called when you are ready to buy it. I think one of them even lets you send in a picture of your own room to try the paint on, but I don't remember which.
But for a little guidance I would try either a deep maroon shade with tan and gold type accents (not talking shiny cheesy gold ;-) ), or vice verse (maroon type accents, tan/gold walls and entertainment center). From sherwin williams' colors I thought marooned was lovely and mossy gold or olde world gold as well. Or you could do more aqua type which is calming and peaceful but rich. (sw colors: tranquil aqua, aqua-sphere) Or navys would look fantastic. For Greens (sw colors: bengal grass, san antonio sage, garden sage) Mod look do grays (green tortoise, gauntlet gray) Of course these all could be totally wrong your sofa in person, so it is best to try them out when you can see the colors in person up close, unlike we can.
If you find yourself changing your mind a lot then do a neutral tan/gray/or gold and then have fun with accent colors. That way you can change those out with the seasons or if you get tired of them. And for the entertainment center, paint it a few shade darker or lighter of the same color of what you choose for the walls.
Tip:get a few sample colors of the ones you like and put small samples on each wall to see what appeals to you when actually in the space and throughout the day, because the color will look different depending on time of day and sun exposure. These samples you can pretty much get at any paint supplier and they are about 1/2 pint and like $2 or less (thats what I paid at Lowe's for mine I am pretty sure)
I don't really have a brand preference so ask around and see what friends have had good results with.
