How do you fit lamp shaed over energy efficiant light bulbs?
Question:im trying to fit new lamp shades but the energy light bulb fitting is attached to the wire that hangs from theceiling anyone know if there is a way to unscrew this or if you have to buy specialy design lampshades?

LOL unscrew the bulb then unscrew the lower part of the light fitment..Then put the shade on then screw the lower part back and fit bulb..hey presto..
Put the lampshade on then put the energy efficent light bulb inside
You can buy metal clips, then take bulb out put shade on then clip to hold in place. Then replace bulb
The light fitting can stick. If you cant budge it buy a new pendant quite cheep.
