What is the hourly paying rate for a decorator and painter that works in london and the southeast?

my husband & i are decorators, we dont work on an hourly rate, we price the whole job, then work to get it finished and onto next job. If you get somebody on an hourly rate they MAY work slower, why bother rushing!!
