Best Bathtub for heavy older person?

Question:I am looking for a bath tub that my mom can get into. She has bad knees and hip and is a little heavy. she hates getting in and out of tubs that are too high and too low. Any ideas?

gosh, I wish I knew the name of the product.it's been advertised here in Florida on our tv stations. It's a walk in shower. It has a small lip that she would step over, the tub's lip is so the water will stay in the tub..but it's a shower and has enough room to put a shower seat in. It has a swinging gate type door on it. Elders usually do better if they use a shower, and it's easier for their caregivers as well. Make sure it has rubber non-slip covering to walk on. And, of course you've probably already added several hand grips for the tub, the sink and around the toilet. If not, then check them out at your nearest hardware store or Home Depot. You might need one at her kitchen sink as well to hold onto.
